Cancelling via my account

We’re sorry you want to cancel your membership. To do this, log into My Account and follow the steps in the cancellation section.

Cancelling via live chat

You can cancel a subscription by starting a conversation with our live chat team during opening hours - 8.30am to 6pm on Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. If a member of our team is available, you’ll see ‘chat with an adviser’ on the bottom right of the page.

Cancelling via phone

You can cancel your subscription by calling our member services team on 029 2267 0000. They are available from 8.30am to 6pm on Monday to Friday and from 9am to 1pm on Saturday.

Gift Subscriptions

How do I gift a subscription to someone else?

You can gift a range of our subscriptions to friends and family by ringing our member services team. They're available on 029 2267 0000 from 8.30am to 6pm on Monday to Friday and from 9am to 1pm on Saturday.

How long do gift subscriptions last?

Currently we offer annual gift subscriptions and have offers seasonally. After your annual gift subscription has finished,we will contact you and ask if you would like to continue. To find out more, contact our member services team on 029 2267 0000 from 8.30am to 6pm on Monday to Friday or 9am to 1pm on Saturday.

Will the gift subscription automatically renew?

Should you or the gift recipient wish to continue the Which? membership after the gift membership has ended, please contact our member services team on 029 2267 0000 from 8.30am to 6pm on Monday to Friday or from 9am to 1pm on Saturday.

How do I cancel a gift subscription?

You or the gift recipient can cancel a gift subscription at any time. There are a number of ways to cancel via live chat, email or calling our member services team.

How do I add a discount code?

Have your gift discount code to hand when setting up a subscription over the phone by talking to our member services team.

Do gift subscriptions automatically renew?

Gift subscriptions are set up for one year. To renew the gift subscription at the end of the annual period, contact our member services team on 029 2267 0000 from 8.30am to 6pm on Monday to Friday and from 9am to 1pm on Saturday

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Each email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking this will update our records and we will no longer send you email newsletters.
